聚乙烯醇缩对甲酰基偶氮胂的合成及性质
STUDY OF SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF POLYVINYL ALCOHOL CONDENSED p-FORMYLARSENAZO
【摘要】 首次研究了聚乙烯醇缩对甲酰基偶氮胂(PV-pFASA)的合成、纯化及其鉴定方法.并初步探讨了在光度分析和非有机溶剂革取分离方面的应用.结果表明,小分子显色剂高分子化后.其分析性能有了明显改善,特别是显色灵敏度和萃取率均有不同程度的提高.
【Abstract】 The synthesis (including its purification and identification) of a new water soluble polymeric-reagent, polyvinyl alcohol condensed p-formylarsenazo (abbreviated as PV-pFASA), is reported for the first time in this paper. As proved by experiments, the analytical properties, esp, its sensitivity and extractivity, of the polymeric reagent are remarkably improved as compared with the non-polymeric species. A preliminary discussion is also given for its application to photometry and to extraction-separation without using organic solvents.
