示波极谱法测定空气中苯胺
OSCILLOPOLAROGRAPHIC DETERMINATION OF PHENYLAMINES IN AIR
【摘要】 在稀盐酸介质中,苯胺与亚硝酸盐反应生成重氮盐.在沸水浴中.重氮盐水解生成苯酚,继而与过量的亚硝酸盐发生亚硝化反应生成对亚硝基酚,并被进一步氧化成对硝基酚.在碳酸氢钠碱性介质中,对硝基酚产生一灵敏的二阶导数吸附波,在0~8μg/10ml范围内线性关系良好.与现行国标法进行了比较,两法结果之间无显著性差异,并用该法对现场空气中的苯胺进行了测定.取得满意结果.
【Abstract】 It is reported in this paper that phenylamine in air can be determined by oscillopolarography. Tbe phenylamine in the sample is transformed into p-nitrophenol through a series of diazotization. hydrolysis. ni-troso and oxidation reactions. The p-nitrophenol gives a sensitive secondary derivative adsorption wave. and a linear relationship bolds in the concentration range between 0~8μg/10ml. There is no difference between the results obtained by this new method and the method of China standards. Determination of phenylamine in some air samples gave satisfactory results.
