硫化铵溶样催化极谱法快速测定硫磺中痕量硒

【摘要】 提出硫化铵溶解,氨性介质过氧化氢氧化分解硫磺试样,在0.48mol·L-1HClO4-4.76×10-3mol·L-1Na2SO3-2.96mol·L-1NH3·H2O-6.81×10-3mol·L-1(NH42SO4-8.41×10-4mol·L-1KIO3-1.18×10-2mol·L-1硫脲-0.02g·L-1动物胶体系中以催化极谱法测定痕量硒的方法.硒浓度在0.02~9.0ng·ml-1范围内与极谱峰电流有良好的分段线性关系,检出限为0.01ng·ml-1.方法的RSD为3.4%~3.9%,加标回收率为91%~97%.此法仪器试剂简单,操作快速简便.用于硫磺样品的测定,结果满意.

【Abstract】 A new catalytic polarographic method for the determination of trace selenium in a supporting electrolyte of 0. 48mol ·L-1 HClO4-1. 76×0-3mol ·L-1 Na2SO3-2. 96mol ·L-1 NH3 ·H2O-6. 81 ×0-3mol ·L-1 (NH42SO4-8.41×0-4mol ·L-1 KIO3- 1. 18×0-2mol ·L-1 thiourea-0. 02g ·L-1 gelatin was reported in this paper. The peak potential is. 83V(vs. SCE). The peak height is linear with the concentration of selenium in the range of 0. 029- Ong ·ml-1. The detection limit is 0.01ng ·ml-1. The RSD is in the range from 3.4% to 3.9% and the recovery is from 91% to 97%. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and has been used to determine trace selenium in sulphur sample. The sample is dissolved by ammonium sulfide and oxidized to ammonium sulfate by hydrogen peroxide in ammoniacal medium.×μg·
