甲氧基苯并噻唑偶氮-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸的合成及与钴的显色反应研究
STUDY OF THE SYNTHESIS AND APPLICATION OF THE NEW COLOR REAGENT 7-[6-METHOXY-(2-BENZOTHIZOLYLAZO)]-8-HYDROXYQUINOLINE-5-SULFONIC ACID (ABBREVIATED AS 6-MEO-BTAQS)
【摘要】 合成了新显色试剂7-[6-甲氧基-(2-苯并噻唑偶氮)]-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸.该试剂在弱酸性(pH5.0)条件下,在有非离子表面活性剂存在时,与钴形成紫红色的络合物.其最大吸收波长λmax=560nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.17×104L·mol-1·cm-1.钴含量在0~8μg/10ml范围内服从比耳定律.应用拟定的方法测定了维生素B12等试样中的钴,结果满意.
【Abstract】 The synthesis of the new color reagent 6-MeO-BTAQS and its color reaction with Co(Ⅱ) are reported in this paper. It is found that the new reagent reacts with Co(Ⅱ) to form a stable complex with a mole ratio of Itol in a weakly acidic solution of pH 5. 0 in the presence of Tween-80. The absorption maxima of the complex is found to lie at 560nm with a molar absorptivity of 6. 2×104L ·mol-1·cm-1. Beer’s law holds over the concentration range of 0-8μg/10ml. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of microamounts of Co ( Ⅱ ) in vitamin B12 and in water.
