【Abstract】 It is reported in this paper that different kinds of coated graphite tubes was tested for optimization of operating condition for determination of chromium in serum by GFASS. The matrix effect and the background of the sample was eliminated by adding NH₃NO₃ and Triton X-100. The method is suitable for the rapid determination of chromium in serum of cancer patients.更多还原
