【Abstract】 A thorough study of the chemiluminescence reaction of the QCT-H₂O₂-Co（Ⅱ） system is reported in this paper, and based on this reaction, a r-FIA method for the determination of traces of Co （Ⅱ） in natural water is developed. The proposed method gives a limit of detection of 0.1ng ·ml^-1 and a RSD of 1. 6%. A linear relationship holds in the concentration range of 0. 2⁷0ng ?ml^-1 of cobalt.
