反相流动注射化学发光分析——QCT-H2O2-Co(Ⅱ)体系测定痕量钴
r-FIA-CHEMILUMINESCENCE DETERMINATION OF TRACES OF COBALT(Ⅱ) IN NATURAL WATER
【摘要】 采用反相流动注射分析方法研究了QCT-H2O2-Co(Ⅱ)化学发光体系,并用于天然水中微量钴的测定,方法的线性范围为0.2~70ng·ml-1,检出限为0.1ng·ml-1,九次连续测定的标准偏差为1.6%。
【Abstract】 A thorough study of the chemiluminescence reaction of the QCT-H2O2-Co(Ⅱ) system is reported in this paper, and based on this reaction, a r-FIA method for the determination of traces of Co (Ⅱ) in natural water is developed. The proposed method gives a limit of detection of 0.1ng ·ml-1 and a RSD of 1. 6%. A linear relationship holds in the concentration range of 0. 270ng ?ml-1 of cobalt. The rate of analysis is 60 samples per hour.
