【Abstract】 A lot of harmful gases to the environment such as NaF,KF,SiF4,AlF3,NaAlF4 and HF could be evolved from the mould powder into the atmosphere, thus causing environmental contamination, the present paper described the harmful effects of the fluorides generating in continuous casting, offered the basic reaction of volatile fluorides and their equilibrium constants, analyzed factors affecting the evolvement of fluorides from the mould powder and provided the countermeasures to solve the problems.更多还原
