【Abstract】 Ten compounds were isolated from the whole plants of Euphorbia macroclada.  On the basis of spectral data and chemical evidence, their structures were elucidated as 1,2∶5,6 di o isopropylidene α D glucofuranose(1),1,2∶4,5 di o isopropylidene β D fructopyranose(2), 1,2 o isopropylidene α D glucopyranose(3), 1,2 o isopropylidene β D fructopyranose(4),5 hydroxymethyl furaldehyde(5),5 methoxymethyl furaldehyde(6),D glucose(7),β sitosterol(8),daucoside(9),bauerenol(10).It was the first time to have compounds 1～7 isolated from Euphorbiaceae.更多还原
