高密度磁记录用Co-Sn替代钡铁氧体微粉的结构与磁性
Structure and Magnetic Properties of Co Sn Substituting Barium ferrite Fine Particles for Magnetic Recording
【摘要】 对玻璃陶瓷法制备的 Ba Fe122x ( Co Sn)x O19的 Co Sn 替代钡铁氧体微粉的磁性作了介绍,研究了微粉粒子的晶化过程; 微粉的磁性对粒子形态、结构及 Co Sn 替代量 x 的依赖关系; 微粉矫顽力与温度的依赖性; 测量并讨论了粒子表面自旋对饱和磁化强度的影响.
【Abstract】 The Co Sn substitutes for barium ferrite fine particles with different substitutions of x were prepared by glass ceramic method. The crystallization process, the dependence of magnetic properties on microstructure, morphology and Co Sn substitution of x and the influence of temperature on coercivity were investigated. The influence of the surface spin canting on the M S of the fine particles was discussed.
