丙酮氰醇对人体健康影响的研究
Study on Effects of Occupational Exposure to Acetone Cyanohydrin in Workers
【摘要】 [目的] 进一步了解接触平均浓度为1.07m g/m 3 丙酮氰醇(Acetone Cyanohydrin,AC)的职业人群健康状况调查。[方法] 通过职业性健康体检及尿硫氰酸盐(SCN)等指标的实验室检查对46 名AC作业人员组和46名不接触毒害因素人员组进行配对研究。[结果] ①AC作业人群可有类神经症表现,且头昏、记忆力减退、食欲减退、恶心、腹胀痛等植物神经功能紊乱症状出现率较对照组高(P< 0.05),但无阳性体征发现。②血清γ-GT、BUN比对照组明显增高(P< 0.05),而ALT、ALP、CRE及尿SCN 等未见明显改变。接触AC人群外周血淋巴细胞微核率与对照组相比,无明显升高,但是吸烟与AC遗传效应之间可能存在某种协同作用。[结论] AC在目前浓度对接触人群的健康仍会发生一定影响,应重视对AC作业人群的健康监护。
【Abstract】 The effects on the health in workers exposed to low concentraction of acetone cyanohydrin (1.07mg/m 3 in average) were studied.The results showed that the rates of neurotic symptoms as dizziness,hypomnesia,anorexia,nausea and abdominal distension were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0.05),and there were no positive signs found in medical examination.Comparing with the control group,the levels of serum γ GT,BUN significantly increased( P <0.05), but serum ALT,ALP,CRE and urine SCN showed no obvious changes.The rate of micronuclei in peripheral blood lymphocytes showed no significant change,but smoking might exert synergetic effects on micronucleus induction.
