COIL调腔光静态波前的GS方法测量
The Static Wavefront Measurement of COIL Resonator Using GS Algorithm
【摘要】 本文利用ＧＳ方法对ＣＯＩＬ谐振腔调腔光的波前进行了测量，并利用Ｚｅｒｎｉｋ多项式对其进行了像差分析，给出了波前误差的均方根值．
【Abstract】 GS algorithm is used to retrieve the static wavefront of COIL resonator,analysis is done for the measured wavefront by using Zernike polynodrial, and thewavefront is also quantized in its mean-square-root values.
