【摘要】 目的:探讨蚯蚓提取物对原发性肾小球疾病中凝血、抗凝、纤溶功能及血液流变学的影响.方法:对36例原发性肾病综合征和30例慢性肾小球肾炎给予po蚯蚓提取物150mg/次,tid,连用14d,在用药前后采血测定凝血、抗凝、纤溶及血液流变学指标.结果:治疗后血KPTT、PT、TT较治疗前明显延长(P<0.01、P<0.05),AT-Ⅲ及t-PA活性在治疗后较治疗前明显升高(P<0.001,P<0.01),FDP含量较治疗前也明显上升(P<0.01),血液流变学指标较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05、P<0.01).结论:蚯蚓提取物具有抗凝、纤溶的功能,po蚯蚓提取物能改善肾小球疾病的高凝状态.更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To explore the influence of earthworm extract on coagulation,anticagu-lation,fibrinolysis and blood viscosity of primary glomerular disease. METHODS:Thirty-six cases of primary nephrotic symdrone (PNS)and 30 cases of chronic glomerulonephrtis (CGN) were given earthworm extract 150 mg/time ,tid,for 14 d. The parameters of coagulation .anticoagulation. fibrinolysis and blood viscosity were measured before and after treatment. RESULTS: KPTT, PT, TT were prolonged markedly after treatment (P<0.01,P< 0. 05). The activity of AT-III t-PA were increased markedly after treatment (P<0. 01,P< 0. 01). Fibrinogen was lower markedly(P<0. 05)than that before treatment. All the parameters of blood viscosity were changed markedly after treatment (P<0. 05,P<0. 01). CONCLUSION : Earth worm extract has the effect of anticoagulation and fibrinolysis. Hypercoagu-lated state of glomerular disease was improved after given,po,earthworm extract.更多还原
