【摘要】 目的:观察奥丙秦OXP与布洛芬治疗类风湿关节炎和骨关节炎的疗效及不良反应.方法:120例OXP400mg,qn;90例po布洛芬,每日早、晚各服300mg.结果:po OXP组患者的总有效率为73.78%,布洛芬组患者总有效率为71.12%.结论:OXP的疗效与布洛芬相似且不良反应发生率较低.更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe efficacies and side-effects of oxaprozin(OXP) and ibuprofen in treating resteoarthritis and osteoarthritis. METHODS: One hundred and twenty patientswere given OXP an initial dose of 400 mg once daily before sleeping,90 patients were given ibuprofen an initial dose of 300 mg twice daily. RESULTS; The total effective rate was 73.78% in OXP group and 71.12% in ibuprofen group. CONCLUSION:Compared OXP with ibuprofen,the former is better than the later in efficacies and less in side effects.更多还原
