【摘要】 目的介绍急性充血性青光眼行小梁切除的同时对麻痹性散大的瞳孔行缩小成形术的经验。方法急性充血性青光眼造成瞳孔麻痹性散大共２１例（２１只眼），先行瞳孔缩小成形术，再行小梁切除术。术后随访６～１２个月。结果瞳孔直径由原来的６～７ｍｍ缩小至３～３．６ｍｍ共１９只眼，４～５ｍｍ共２只眼。闭塞的房角重新开放达２／３以上共１５只眼，近１／２共６只眼。眼压控制在正常范围。术后一周视力９０．４８％达术前小孔视力。术后６个月以上视力达０．５～０．８共１２只眼，０．１～０．４共９只眼。结论瞳孔缩小成形术是提高伴有瞳孔麻痹性散大的青光眼患者的术后视力，促使房角重新开放的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The experience of trabeculectomy combined with pupil minify coroplasty for acute closed-angle glaucoma accompanied by paralytic mydriasis was introduced.Methods 21 cases(21 eyes)of acute closed-angle acompanied by paralytic mydriasis were performed pupil minify coroplasty at frist and then were performed trabeculectomy.They had been followed up for 6-12 months .Results The pupillary diameter of 19 eyes were reduced from 6～7mm to 3～3.5mm,and those of 2 eyes to 4～5mm.There were 15 eyes which closed angle was opened again to scope of 2/3.There were 6 eyes which closed angle was opened again to scope of 1/2.The intraocular pressure of all eyes was controlled to normal scope.The vision of 6 months after surgery of 90.48% eyes were attained that of pinhole before surgery,12 eyes to 0.5～0.8,9 eyes to 0.1～0.4.Conclusion Pupil minify coroplasty for acute closed-angle glaucoma accompanied by paralytic mydriasis is a effective to raise the vision after surgery and open closed angle again.更多还原
