【摘要】 目的探讨玻璃体切割联合玻璃体注入抗菌素治疗外伤性眼内容炎疗效。方法回顾性分析了７例外伤性眼内容炎经玻璃体切割联合注入抗菌素治疗结果。结果７例眼内容炎均治愈，手术前后视力明显提高，且视力恢复与眼外伤距手术时间密切相关。结论玻璃体切割联合玻璃体注入抗菌素治疗外伤性眼内容炎能及时控制眼内炎，且手术时间越早，预后越好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate vitrectomy combining with antibiotics intravitreal injection to treat endophthalmitis.Method 7 cases endophthalmitis treated with vitrectomy combining with antibiotics intravitreal injection were retrospective analogized.Results All of 7 cases were cured with improved vision.The vision improvement related with duration of injury to operation.Conclusion Vitrectomy combining with antibiotics intravitreal injection to treat endophthalmitis can timely control endophthalmitis,the quicker,the better.更多还原
