【摘要】 目的：探讨强化极化液（G.I.K,Mg）治疗急性脑梗死的效果；方法：设观察组与对照组。在治疗过程中注意观察呼吸、血压和心律。G．I.K．Mg由10％葡萄糖液300～500ml、普通胰岛素6～10U、10％硫酸镁20～30ml和10％氯化钾6～10ml组成，静脉滴注每日1次，14d为1个疗程；结果：经统计学处理，两组心电图恢复正常比较有极显著性差异（P＜0．01）。治疗后血钾、镁水平，观察组明显高于对照组，有极显著性差异（P＜0．01）。两组神经功能缺损程度评分，观察组优于对照组（P＜0．01）；结论：提示G.I.K．Mg可作为常规治疗急性脑梗死。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of treating acute cerebral infarction(ACI) with potential intensive liquid (G. I. K. Mg). Methods: The patients were divided in to two groups: Observational group in which the patients were treated with regular plan plus G. I. K. Mg; Control group in which the patients were treated with regular plan only. Breathing, blood pressure a7nd heart rhythm were observed during treating. G. I. K. Mg consist of 300～500 ml of 10 % glucose liquid, 6～ 10 U of reqular insulin, 20～30 ml of 10 % magnesium sulfate and 6～ 10 ml of 10 % potassium chloride. The liquid were given by intravenous drip daily, per 14 days one couse. Results: Restoration of electrocardiogram in observation was more batter than control (P <0.01). And the level of serum potassium and serum magnesium after therapy in observation was more higher than controls(P<0. 01). The dysfunctional degree assess of nervous system in observations was more superior than controls(P <0. 01 ). Conclusion: G. I. K. Mg may be take as a regular plan for ACI.更多还原
