【摘要】 目的　探讨中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮的疗效。方法　治疗组７０ 例采用中西医结合治疗；对照组５１ 例给予强地松加雷公藤或环磷酰胺治疗。结果　中西医结合治疗组好转率８９ ．９ ％ ，对照组好转率７０ ．５ ％ ，治疗组明显优于对照组（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论　采用中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮能够显著提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effect of the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods70 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus were treated with the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in the treatment group.51 cases in the control group were treated with prednisone and Leigongteng or cyclophosphamide.Results The improvement rate in the treatment group was 89.9%,higher than that(70.5%) in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Curative effect can be greatly improved with the combination of both Chinese traditional and Western medicine in the treatment of lupus erythematosus.更多还原
