【摘要】 目的:研究性激素对十二指肠溃疡(DU)的愈合及对胃酸分泌的影响。方法:用冰醋酸局部涂抹的方法建立大鼠DU模型,第4天起隔日分别注射雌二醇、孕酮、丙酸睾酮,对照组注射生理盐水。术后第23天测定溃疡面积、胃液量和胃酸等。结果:术后72小时各例大鼠都形成了穿通性溃疡,雌雄大鼠溃疡面积无显著差异。术后第23天,雌性对照组、雄性雌二醇组、雄性孕酮组溃疡面积显著小于雄性对照组;雌性对照组、雄性雌二醇组胃液量和胃酸分泌量显著低于雄性对照组。结论:雌二醇和内源性雌激素可通过降低胃酸分泌而加速DU愈合;睾酮对胃酸分泌和DU愈合均无影响;孕酮也加速DU愈合,但对胃酸分泌无影响,推测是通过其它机制起作用的。更多还原

【Abstract】 SD rats were used to induce duodenal ulcers by pouring glacial acetic acid on the duodenal serosa. After 72 hours of the operation there was no significant difference between ulcer areas of male and female groups. From the 4th day the rats were injected every other day with saline, estradiol, progesterone and testosterone respectively. By the 23rd day the ulcer areas of the female control, male estradiol and male progesterone groups were smaller han that of the male control group. The quantity of gastric juice and acid of female control and male e.tr.dio. groups were smaller than that of male control group. These results sug-gest that endogenous female hormones and exogenous estradiol can accelerate duodenal ulcer healing by low-ering gastric acid secretion. Testosterone has no such effects. Progesterone can also accelerate duodenal ul-cer healing, but has no effect on gastric acid secretion, therefore its effect of accelerating the ulcer healing is by other mechanisms.更多还原
