【摘要】 目的：探讨射频线性消融治疗心房颤动（ Ａｆ）的可行性。方法：选杂种犬８ 只，在开胸下，经静脉注射乙酰胆碱加心房快速电刺激诱发 Ａｆ，按预定的１～２ 条径线在右心房外膜进行逐点线性消融。完成消融后，重复相同诱发过程。结果：消融前，经药物加电刺激（其中１ 条犬仅用电刺激）均诱发了持续性 Ａｆ（持续时间＞ ５ ｍ ｉｎ）。消融后，持续性 Ａｆ 诱发率和 Ａｆ平均持续时间明显降低（ Ｐ ＜ ０．０５或＜ ０．０１）。结论：经右心房外膜射频线性消融，可降低乙酰胆碱加电刺激所致 Ａｆ的诱发率及持续时间，提示存在诱发与维持 Ａｆ的关键部位及始于右房的分步射频线性消融治愈 Ａｆ的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the feasibility of treatment of atrial fibrillation (Af) with radiofrequency (RF) linear ablation.Method:In eight dogs, Af was induced by injecting acetylcholine (Ach) via vein and giving atrial burst stimulation. Then RF ablation was performed along one or two prearranged lines around the right atrial epicardium. After completing this procedure,the same Af induction process was repeated.Result:Before ablation,sustained Af(SAf)(lasting≥5 min) was inducible with Ach injection and electrical stimulation in all dogs (just with electrical stimulation in one dog). After ablation,both of the inducible rate of SAf and the average duration of Af sustained were singnificantly reduced (P< 0.05 or < 0.01 ).Conclusion:The inducible rate and the duration of Af with Ach injection and electrical stimulation may be decreased by RF linear ablation of right atria, which suggests the existence of critical locations during Af and the feasibility of curing Af with staged RF linear ablation beginning in right atria.更多还原
