【摘要】 目的为了探讨减少前列腺增生症术后再手术率。方法分析１９８０年１月至１９９６年６月收治的前列腺增生症术后再手术患者１８例。结果再手术主要原因为腺窝出血、腺体残留、膀胱颈挛缩和膀胱及前列腺段尿道铸型结石形成等。结论术中适当缩小膀胱颈口、常规楔形切除后唇、术后应用抗生素、避免早期剧烈活动以及彻底切除增生的腺体是防止和减少术后再手术率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to reduce the rate of reoperation of hyperplasia of prostate. Method 18 patients who needed reoperation from January 1980 to June 1996 were analysed. Result It is suggested that crypt of gland bleeding,residual of prostatic contracture of bladder neck and cast form stone in prostatic urethra and bladder neck are the main causes of reoperation. Conclusion It is put forward that the key to prevent reoperation and reduce the rate of reoperation lies in intraoperative shrinkage of bladder neck orifice and wedge resection of posterior lip in routine,as well as postoperative proper usage of antibotic,avoidance of premature strenous exercise,complete resection of hyperplastic prostate.更多还原
