【摘要】 目的探讨胆石性胰腺炎的病因和治疗。方法回顾性分析１８例胆石性胰腺炎的病因及治疗。结果经手术加生长抑素和ＴＰＮ治疗，均获治愈。结论“共同开口”处结石的嵌顿、胆汁的返流和胰管压力的升高是其发病条件，而胰管和壶腹部的解剖特点是其发病基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate etiology and therapy of pancreatitis due to gattstone(PDG). Method Etiological analysis and therapy opinion of PDG in 18 Patients were reviewed. Result 18 patients were cured and discharged from the hospital by per formed operation,treatment of the somatostain and TPN. Conclusion It is condition of PDG that choledoletithes in the open of common bile duct are incarcerated,and bile is refluxed and pressure in pancreatic duct is risen,anatomy charateristic of pancreatic duct and ampula is base of PDG.更多还原
