【摘要】 本文采用荧光光度法测定30例Ⅰ型精神分裂症和13例Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者以及26例正常人血清5-羟色胺浓度,比较了他们间的差异。初步研究结果表明,血清5-羟色胺浓度Ⅰ型病人显著低于Ⅱ型病人和对照组(P<0.01),而后两者间无明显变化(t=1.20,P>0.05)。作者从5-羟色胺和多巴胺代谢中的生化联系对Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型精神分裂症的病理生理机制作了初步讨论。更多还原
