【摘要】 目的　探讨卡铂与鬼臼乙叉甙联合治疗复发性恶性幕上脑胶质瘤的疗效。方法　对３１ 例复发性恶性幕上脑胶质瘤患者给予卡铂与鬼臼乙叉甙各１００ ｍ ｇ／ｍ ２ ，每日１次，静脉滴注连续３ 天，疗程每４ 周重复１ 次，至少用３ 个疗程，每个疗程后分别进行评价。结果　３１ 例中部分缓解４ 例，稳定１０例，部分缓解和稳定率共计为４５％ （１４／３１），部分缓解和稳定患者的中位恶化期为２８周， 中位生存期为５１ 周。全组患者中位生存期为４５ 周。结论　卡铂和鬼臼乙叉甙联合化疗对复发性恶性幕上脑胶质瘤有一定的疗效，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of treatment of recurrent malignant supratentorial gliomas using carboplatin association with etoposide.Methods 31 patients with recurrent malignant glioma were given carboplatin and etoposide(VP16),each at a dose of 100 mg/m 2,one time every day,the patients were taken intravenous injection for 3 days, the chemotherapy was repeated one time every 4 weeks.The response was evaluated at each course and a minimum of three courses was required to definite stable patient.Results All 31 patients could be evaluated for therapeutic response.A partial remission was noted in 4 patients.10 patients had stable disease after a minimun of 3 courses. The rate of partial remission (PR) and stabilization (S) was 45%(14/31).The median time to tumor progression (MTTP) for responding and stable patients was 28 weeks.The median survival time(ST) for the entire group was 45 weeks and over 51 weeks for PR and S patients.Conclusion The carboplatin association with etoposide was effective method on recurrent malignant supratentorial gliomas.
