脂多糖诱导鼠脑中的白细胞介素-6基因表达
IL 6 gene expression in mice brain induced by LPS
【摘要】 目的 分子水平研究正常鼠脑内的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)分布和诱导水平。方法 脂多糖(LPS)100 ug/kg,ip,不同时间,用PT-RCR对鼠脑的6个不同区域,进行IL-6信使核糖核酸(m RNA)半定量分析。结果 IL-6 m RNA表达由高到低依次为海马、下丘脑、脑干、小脑、丘脑和皮层。除皮层表达高峰在6小时外,其余在4 小时。结论 LPS诱导的IL-6 m RNA 在正常鼠脑的不同部位表达曲线不同。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the distribution and induced level of IL 6 mRNA in normal mice brain at the molecular level. Methods After LPS 100 ug/kg, ip, Semi quantitative analysis of IL 6 mRNA of mice brain was carried out in six different area by PT RCR. Results IL 6 mRNA expression level was from high to low: Hippocampus, brain stem, hypothalamus, thalamus, cerebellum and cortex. The maximal IL 6 mRNA expression was observed at 4h except cortex at 6h. Conclusion IL 6 mRNA induced LPS had different expression curve in different area of normal rat brain.
