【摘要】 为了探讨异位性皮炎（ＡＤ）的发病机理，了解血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ２Ｒ）在ＡＤ患者血清中的意义，对４７例ＡＤ患者作了血清ｓＩＬ２Ｒ及ＩｇＥ检测，并对１１例患者在治疗好转后予以复查。结果显示，ＡＤ患者的血清ｓＩＬ２Ｒ显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０００１），但与ＡＤ的严重程度无显著关系（Ｐ＞００５）。其中１１例患者经治疗后病情显著好转（Ｐ＜０００１），而血清的ｓＩＬ２Ｒ仍无显著下降（Ｐ＞００５）。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis(AD) and the relationship between the levels of serum sIL 2R and the severity of AD, serum levels of sIL 2R and IgE were measured in 47 patients, 11 patients recieved the assay again after treatment. The results showed that the levels of serum sIL 2R were significantly higher in AD patients than in healthy controls(P< 0 001). The levels of sIL 2R were not correlated with the severity of AD (P >0 05). The scores of the disease severity in 11 AD patients were dropped (P< 0 05) but the levels of serum sIL 2R were not decreased (P >0 05) after treatment.更多还原
