【Abstract】 We describe a 58-year -old woman with cutaneous metaststasis from carcinoma of the breastafter mastectomy.The climical manifestations were characterized by an ulcer with a diameter of 8cm onthe right chest and several poor-dermarcated indurated erythemas, papulse and nodules that scatteredover the back and right upper limb.The histologic findings revealed that larger or small groups of tumorcells infiltrating in dermal lymphatic and between thickened collagens bundles, the tumor cells wereatypical and without differentiation towards glandular lumina.更多还原
