【摘要】 目的：观察经尿道视频电气化治疗膀胱、前列腺疾病之近期疗效。方法：应用经尿道视频电气化治疗前列腺增生症（ＢＰＨ）７６例，膀胱癌８例，膀胱颈纤维性挛缩９例。结果：手术时间平均５５ｍｉｎ，术后导尿管留置时间平均３ｄ，９０％的前列腺增生患者残余尿消失，所有高危患者平稳度过手术期，随访半年未见复发及尿道狭窄等并发症。结论：经尿道视频电气化治疗膀胱、前列腺疾病是一种安全性高、并发症少、疗效显著的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To observe the curative effects of transurethral video electrovaporablation (TUVEVA) for the treatment of bladder and prostate disease. Methods: 76 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH),8 cases of bladder carcinoma and 9 cases of bladder neck fibral constracture were treated by TUVEVA. Results: The mean operative time was 55 minutes and the mean period of indwelling catheter was 3 days long.All the high risk patients survived the perioperative period well.90 percent BPH patients residual urine were decreased to zero.No relapse and urethral stricture were found in these patients in half a year followsup. Conclusions: We concluded that TUVEVA for treatment of bladder and prostatic diseases was safety,low complication and signficant efficacy.更多还原
