雷公藤对大鼠肾上腺细胞核DNA含量的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察雷公藤醋酸乙酯提取物( T W E E)对大鼠肾上腺皮质及皮质束状带细胞核 D N A 含量的影响,以探讨雷公藤的抗感染和免疫抑制作用机制。方法:将 T W E E 和泼尼松分别给正常 Sprague Daw ley 大鼠灌服1 个月,同时设置对照组,利用组织学 H E 染色及 Feulgen 组织化学染色观察大鼠肾上腺变化。结果: T W E E 组肾上腺皮质明显增厚,束状带细胞浆充满类脂质空泡;皮质全层细胞核分布较稀疏,细胞核较大,但染色较浅淡。结论: T W E E 能促进肾上腺束状带细胞核 D N A 功能活性,具有刺激肾上腺束状带细胞增生和类脂质分泌的功能。

【Abstract】 Purpose: To observe the effect of tripterygium wilfordii on nuclear DNA of rat adrenal cortexes and to investigate its mechanism of anti inflammation and anti immune. Methods: 30 male Sprague Dawley rats were divided randomly into three groups. In ethylacetate extract of tripterygium wilfordii (TWEE) group and prednisone one,TWEE (25 mg·kg -1 ,bid) and prednisone (2 mg·kg -1 ,bid) were administered orally respectively, and in control one 0.5 % sodium caboxylonsthyl cellulose was administered. All rats were dicapitated on the 31th day. Adrenal glands were collected and stained by HE and Feulgen saining. Results: In TWEE group, the fascicular zone in adrenal cortex markedly became thicker and the cytoplasma filled with lipoid vesicles. The density of the whole layer nuclei was thinner, but the cell nuclei was bigger and weaker in staining. Conclusions: TWEE can markedly promote the proliferation and secretion of the cell and the DNA function of the cell nuclei of fascicular zone in rat adrenal cortex.
