【摘要】 为了寻找口腔扁平苔藓（ＯＬＰ）的有效治疗方法，本研究对６０例与幽门螺旋杆菌（ＨＰ）相关的ＯＬＰ患者进行了严格的分组治疗。结果显示：以铋剂为基础的抗ＨＰ治疗与传统治疗相比疗效具有显著性差异，而且三联或四联疗法的显效率明显提高。说明抗ＨＰ疗法是治疗ＨＰ相关性ＯＬＰ的一种有效手段，合理用药可以避免ＨＰ耐药菌株的产生以免复发更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to look for a valid way of treating oral lichen planus(OLP), 60 Heliobacter pylori(HP) positive patients were grouped and treated strictly. The results showed that there was significantly different between traditional and anti HP therapy, and the excellent rate of triple or tetratherapy were enhanced obviously. Therefore, anti HP therapy is a valid way of treating OLP related to HP, and rational administration can avoid the production of drug resistant,thus avoid recurrence of OLP.更多还原
