【摘要】 为了探索口腔扁平苔藓 ( OLP)与系统疾病的关系 ,本研究以系统因素中的消化系统为背景 ,应用 PCR技术对 90例 OLP患者进行了幽门螺旋杆菌 ( HP)检测。结果显示 :在 90例 OLP患者中 ,其中 60例表现为口腔粘膜损害区 HP阳性 ,与正常组相比具有高度显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1) ;对其中 45例 OL P患者作胃镜检查并进行病变区胃粘膜的 HP检测 ,发现 45例 OLP患者均患有不同程度与类型的慢性胃炎 ,且 HP检出率与正常对照组相比亦具有高度显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。说明 OLP与慢性胃炎可能具有相似的发病机制 ,同时 ,HP很可能是 OLP的直接致病菌。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to quest the relationship between oral lichen planus (OLP) and systematic diseases, this study was based on the background of digestive diseases in systemic factors, and PCR was applied to detect helicobacter pylori(HP) in the lesions of 90 OLP cases. The results showed:(1) 60 of 90 OLP cases had positiveness of HP, and there was significant difference comparing with control group( P <0 01); endoscope was adopted to examine HP in stomach mucosal lesions in 45 of 90 OLP patients. There was also significant difference between 45 OLP cases and contral group( P <0 01),and they suffered from different types of chronic gastritis(CG). It is illustrated that OLP and CG may have resemble mechanism, in the meantime, HP may be the direct pathogenic factor of OLP.更多还原
