【摘要】 目的：探讨精神科重症加强监护病房（ＰＩＣＵ）的必要性和特点。方法：回顾性地分析６５例ＰＩＣＵ患者资料。结果：老年科病人住院期间出现严重躯体疾患转入ＰＩＣＵ者最多，其次是有严重躯体疾病在综合医院治疗同时又有精神症状而转院者。转入ＰＩＣＵ治疗原因主要是肺部疾病及急性脑血管疾病。结论：建立ＰＩＣＵ有其必要性和重要性，ＰＩＣＵ更具综合性ＩＣＵ的性质更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study need for a psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) and its characteristics. Method: This is a retrospective study analysing clinical data of 65 PICU patients. Results: Most were geriatric patients who developed physical complications during hospitalisation. Others included general hospital patients with physical illness complicated by psychiatric problems. The main reason for transferin to PICU were lung and acute cerebrovascular diseases. Conclusion: PICU should be developed to provide more comprehensive care to physically ill mental patients than traditional ICU service.更多还原
