【摘要】 目的： 了解精神疾病患者劳动力鉴定情况。　方法： 收集１９９６～１９９７ 年劳动力鉴定２ ３８０例， 应用中国精神残疾和智力残疾量表进行评定。　结果： 精神残疾鉴定９７５ 例（４１．０％ ）， 智力残疾鉴定７０２ 例（２９．５％ ）， 精神与智力均残疾者４４ 例（１．８％ ）。精神分裂症１ １６６ 例（４９．０％ ），精神发育迟滞７４７例 （占３１．４％ ）， 其他４６７ 例 （１９．６％ ）。　结论： 两类残疾主要病种为精神分裂症和精神发育迟滞， 也是导致劳动力丧失的主要疾病。作者认为， 应努力做好此类疾病防治工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the working ability of mental patients. Method:Working ability of 2 380 mental patients collected between 1996 and 1997 were assessed with the Chinese scale of mental disability and intellectual impairment. Results:There were 1 166 (49 0%) cases of schizophrenia, 747 (31 4%) cases of mental retardation and 467 (19 6%) cases with other diagnoses. 975 cases (41 0%) were found mentally disabled while 702 cases (29 5%) were assessed to have intellectual impairment. 44 cases (1 8%) were found to have combined mental disability and intellectual impairment. Conclusion:Schizophrenia and mentally retardation are the main categories that result in mental disability and intellectual impairment. Preventive measures should be taken to reduce their occurrence.更多还原
