【摘要】 目的： 探讨影响抑郁性神经症社会功能的相关因素。　方法： 采用精神症状自评量表（ Ｓ Ｃ Ｌ９０）、社会功能缺陷筛选量表 （ Ｓ Ｄ Ｓ Ｓ）、社会支持量表 （ Ｓ Ｓ Ｒ Ｓ） 对来我院门诊就诊的抑郁性神经症病人 ３０ 例逐一测评。　结果： 多元回归分析显示， 焦虑、客观支持与社会功能障碍呈正相关， 主观支持与社会功能障碍呈负相关。　结论： 影响抑郁性神经症社会功能障碍的主要因素为焦虑、客观支持及主观支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the risk factors of impaired social function in neurotic depression. Method:Thirty outpatients with diagnosis of neurotic depression were assessed with the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL 90),Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS),Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS). Results:There were 3 33% of patients in good,53 3% fair and 43 3% poor condition.With multiple regression analysis,the main associated factors were anxiety,objective support and subjective support.Those with high scores of objective support but low scores of subjective support performed especially poorly. Conclusion:Anxiety and social support were associated with social function in neurotic depression.Patients should be trained to seek help actively rather than receive help passively.更多还原
