用相转移催化微波辐照法由山苍子油直接合成假性紫罗兰酮的研究
STUDY ON SYNTHESIZING PSEUDOIONONE FROM LITER CUBEBA OIL
【摘要】 采用正交试验设计法探讨了以山苍子油为原料,在微波辐照下,合成假性紫罗兰酮的合成条件,筛选到了能获得假性紫罗兰酮较高产率的复合催化剂。试验结果表明,采用微波促进催化合成技术,可以使柠檬醛与丙酮醇醛缩合反应的时间缩短一半以上,产率提高12 % 以上,所得的产物经IR和GC等方法测定品质良好。
【Abstract】 By orthogonal experiments,the conditions for synthesizing pseudoionone from Litea cubeba oil under microwave irradiation with different PTC (phase transfer catalysis) were investigated. The experimental results showed that the microwave PTC technique had the advantages of reducing the time of condensation between citral and acetone about 4~8 h and increasing the yield about 12 %. All the produced compounds were identified by IR and GC.
