【摘要】 目的观察中空加压螺钉治疗髋关节后脱位合并股骨头骨折的疗效。方法应用中空加压螺钉经股骨颈对１４例髋关节后脱位合并股骨头骨折患者行内固定手术。结果经６个月～５年随访，优２例，良８例，可３例，差２例。优良率６６．７％。结论中空加压螺钉治疗髋关节后脱位合并股骨头骨折具有固定可靠、对软骨面损伤小、内固定物易取出、并发症少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the results of the posterior dislocation of hip associated with fracture of the femoral head treated by canulated compression screws internal fixation. Methods 14 cases of the disease were treated with canulated compression screws internal fixation from femoral neck. Results The fellow up of 0 5 to 5 years were performed, and it was found that 2 cases effect was excellent, 8 cases good, 3 cases fair and 2 cases poor. The excellent and good rate was 66 7%. Conclusion The treatment has distingushied advantages such as reliable fixation,minimal trauma to cartilage, taking out easily and reduced complication.更多还原
