【摘要】 目的　一次性修复手部严重软组织缺损。方法　根据缺损皮肤范围大小，在上腹部制取Ｓ形皮瓣，形成两个相反的皮瓣，一次性修复手掌、手背软组织缺损。结果　５ 例皮瓣均成活，手外形、功能满意。结论　该皮瓣面积大，长度不受任意皮瓣长宽比的限制，手术简便、安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To repair the serious soft tissue defect of hand once for all. Methods According to the size of defective skin, the S shape skin flap was made in upper abdomen and the two reverse flaps were formed. The soft tissue defects of the palm and the back of hand was repaired once for all. Results The flaps in 5 cases all survived. The apperance and function of the hands were satisfactory. Conclusion S shape skin flap can provide larger skin, and the size of skin is not limited by any length and width proportion. The operation is easy and safe.更多还原
