【摘要】 目的　在术前区别可逆性及不可逆性腰椎间盘突出症,明确经皮穿剌腰椎间盘切吸术(APLD) 适应证,提高APLD 手术优良率。方法　将轴位牵引下直腿抬高试验(ATSLRT) 引入APLD术前检查中,将86 例适合APLD 患者分为应用ATSLRT 前、后两组进行疗效比较。结果　应用ATSLRT 前组手术优良率90-6 % ,应用ATSLRT 后组手术优良率100 % 。结论　ATSLRT 能为APLD 术前筛选、预测APLD 术后疗效提供较准确的参考依据,具有临床实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To distinguish reversible and irreversible lumbar disk herniation before operation,to make sure the suitability of automated percutaneous lumbar discectomy(APLD) and to increase the excellent rate of APLD. Methods The axial traction straight leg raising test(AT SLRT) was introduced into the preoperative examination of APLD. 86 patients suitable for APLD were devided into 2 groups. The curative effects of 1 group with AT SLRT before APLD and the control group without AT SLRT were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of test group was 100%, while that of the control group only 90 6% before APLD. Conclusion AT SLRT can provide a more precise reference basis for screening patients before APLD and predicting the curative effect after APLD, showing its clinical value.更多还原
