【摘要】 目的　介绍自行设计的经后路椎体横断截骨矫正术治疗陈旧性胸腰椎骨折的方法和疗效。方法　后路正中切口,咬除骨折椎一侧或双侧横突,切除一侧椎弓根。凿除骨折椎后凸部分椎体,直视下从椎体腰部横行切断,用RF 钉复位固定、植骨融合。临床应用15 例。结果　术后椎体畸形完全矫正,脊神经功能均有不同程度恢复。结论　该手术难度不大,损伤小,椎体、脊柱畸形矫正满意,脊柱的稳定性和运动功能不受到大的破坏。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss a self designed operative technique,across the medial vertebrae,through posterior approach,for treating the old fracture of vertebrae and results of treatment. Methods Make a longitudinal incision over the spinous processes,cut off the unilateral or bilateral cross process of the fracture vertebrae,and carve the projection behind it,sever crossly the medial vertebrae,correct the deformity in spine by RF and fuse the cross sections. 15 cases were treated by the technique. Results The deformity is corrected and the nerve function inproved.Conclusion The technique is not difficult and only shows a little impairment.The deformity is corrected satisfactorily.Few stability and function of spine are damaged.更多还原
