【Abstract】 In this study,the adhesion and aggregation functions of platelets in patients with hepatocirrhosis were tested.It was found that both the adhesion and aggregation functions of platelets in patients with hepatocirrhosis were lower than normal significantly,and this decrease was in accordance with the severity of the liver disease.This study suggests that the change of platelet functions are involved in the hemorrhagic tendency in cirrhosis,and the damage of liver function is the main cause of the decrease of platelet functions.更多还原
