【摘要】 探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻腔泪道插管术治疗慢性泪囊炎的可行性。方法：将慢性泪囊炎成人患者３０只眼分为实验组（２０只眼，为界内窥镜下手术者）和对照组（１０只眼，为普通鼻镜手术者）进行观察。结果：实验组２０只眼均一次插管成功，对照组１０只眼有８只一次成功，２只二次手术成功。结论：鼻内窥镜下鼻腔泪管插管术是治疗慢性泪囊炎的较好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the possibility of curing chronic dacryocystitis by probingthrough naso-lacrimal duct under endoscopy. Method: 30 adult eyes with chronic dacryocystitiswere divided into two groups: 20 treated under endoscopy as endoscopy group and 10 underrhinoscope as control. Result: In endoscopy group , treatment in all 20 eyes successed at the firsttime,but in control group only in 8 of the 10 eyes successed at the first time and the other 2 neededsecond surgery. Conclusion:Treatment for chronic dacryocystitis by probing through naso-lacrimalduct under endoscopy is better.更多还原
