【Abstract】 To evaluated a value eftransrectalultrasonography (TRUS) in diagnosis of benign prostatic hypertrophy ( BPH) . Methods: 303 patients of BPH were examined. Results TRUS can show internal structure, inner or outer gland and size of the prostatic gland. Conclusion: it is important that the prostatic diameter increased, inner gland enlarged and developed nodules in diagnosis of BPH.更多还原
