【摘要】 应用二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像技术(CDFI),结合B超引导经皮肺穿活检,准确诊断出39例肺部肿块患者(其中恶性肿瘤27例,良性肿瘤12例)。与手术病理等对照,三者联合应用对肺部肿块性质诊断敏感性96%,特异性90%,精确性92.1%。由此可见,超声检查在肺部肿块的定位及定性诊断中有着重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 39 patients with pulmonary lesions were diagnosed by 2 - DE.CDFI and percutaneous needle biopsy. The re-ults showed that sensitivity of the combination of three methods for diagnosis of pulmonary lesions was 96% ; specificity was 90% and the accurate rate was 92.1 % . It is concluded that ultrasound diagnosis had a significant walue for locating and determining characteristic of pulmonary lesions.更多还原
