【摘要】 本文报告18例经手术和病理证实的四肢软组织肿瘤双功高频超声及介入性检查的结果,描述所见肿瘤的高频声像图及血流频谱。本组超声诊断符合率为72.2%(13/18);良、恶性鉴别诊断率为95%(17/18)。介入性检查7例,定性诊断率为85.5%(6/7)。双功高频超声与介入性检查结合诊断率为95%(17/18)。结果表明:双功高频超声能够检出并诊断1cm的腘窝囊肿及小于2cm的动、静脉瘤;但对实质性肿瘤难以确定组织学类型,需配合超声引导下穿刺细胞学检查进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of high frequency duplex ultrasound and intervention examination in 18 cases of soft tissue tumours in extremeties comfirmed by pathology were reported.The features of high frequency sonography and spectrum of Doppler ultrasound of the tumours were discussed. The ultrasound diagnostic accuracy was 72. 2% (13/18). The differential rate of benignancy and malignancy was 95% (17/18). 7 cases had undergone the intervenrional examination and the accuracy of it was 85.5 % (6/7). The diagnostic accurcy of the combined method was 95.5 % (17/ 18). The results showed that high frequency duplex ultrasound could detect and diagnose cyst about 1cm in politeall fossa and angioma less than 2cm, but it was difficult to detemine the histology of solid tumour, so we believe it is important for diagnosis to combine it with intenentional Examination.更多还原
