中间罐内去除夹杂物的理论与实践(1)

【摘要】 本文介绍了在四流圆坯连铸中间罐内去除夹杂物的数学模型研究情况。应用Phoenics软件计算了中间罐内钢液流动的速度场、夹杂物浓度分布及平均停留时间分布曲线,并设计了不对称分布的钙质过滤器。计算结果表明,过滤孔不对称分布的过滤器能消除中间罐内流水口的短路现象,能延长各流的平均停留时间,尤其是边流平均停留时间,使中间罐内各流间的平均停留时间差别减小。中间罐加入的过滤器能去除夹杂物浓度的14.6%,并使内流与边流夹杂物浓度相差由3.9%降至0.5%,这在工业试验中得到了验证。

【Abstract】 We have studied the mathemalical modelling on inclusion removing in a foru-strand CC lundish. The steel flow field, residence time distribution cure and the inclusion concentration distribution in tundish are calculated by phoenics software. The Can filler with asymmetric structure we designed can increase the residence time for nozzle, especially for the outer nozzle. The filter can also reduce the inclusion concentration by 14.6% and decrease the concentration difference between the inner and outer nozzle from 3.9% to 0.5% .
