人造金刚石快速提纯的电解装置
The Electrolyzer for Fast Purifying Artificial Diamond
【摘要】 本文论述了能实现人造金刚石快速提纯的电解装置设计要点、电路原理,并对有关控制元件作了较详细分析和探讨。指出,该装置采用带平衡电抗器双反星形晶闸管整流电路,有效地解决了电流平衡问题,并具有整流效率高,调节范围宽等特点
【Abstract】 This paper makes a description to the design essentials and circuitous philosophy of the electrolyzer which is used to fast purify artificial diamond, as well a detailed analysis and approach on the relative control elements, The author pointed out that in electrolyzer the adoption of double reversed Yconnected transistor rectifying circuit with paralleling reactor can effectively settle the problem of current balance, and makes the unit have some performances such as high rectification efficiency and wide range of adjustment.
