【摘要】 互动被认为是衡量一个国家创新系统的效率的重要指标。本文以联合研究，联合专利，科技人员流动等为互动的指标，对中国的国家创新系统进行了评估。我们发现，中国较多的互动发生在同类研究机构之间，如高校和高校，不同类机构间的互动少。技术转让多，技术合作少。因此，中国的国家创新系统仍有待国家政策的出台和创新环境的改善而完善更多还原

【Abstract】 Interaction among innovation actors is sald the core of national innovation system By taking jount research, joint paicnt, joint papers and mobility of human resources as indicators of mteraction between nniversity,firm and independent research organization, we evaluate the efficiency of China’s national inmovation system in terns of interaction We find, more interactions happen between same kind of organization than with other kind of organization, more licensingof technology than join innovation efforts In this perspective, China’s national innovation system is still in a low affcient stage and more measures should be taken to encouage the further meraction annong related innovation agents更多还原
