冻结壁位移计算及冻结施工优化设计

【摘要】 针对两淮地区深冻结井中冻结壁位移过大,造成冻结管断裂的问题,建立数学模型模拟分析冻结壁壁面位移分布规律,找出停止掘进时冻结壁壁面位移与其影响因素———段高h ,冻结壁厚度B ,工作面冻实情况,冻结壁平均温度T ,冻结壁暴露时间t ,地压 P 之间的关系,提出了实际掘进过程中冻结壁壁面位移的分段常段高叠加计算方法,在此基础上,得出了冻结壁设计取决于冻结壁面位移时的冻结施工优化设计步骤。

【Abstract】 Excessive displacement of frozen soil wall of deep well in the Huainan and Huaibei districts, Anhui, results in cracking of frozen pipes in frozen soil wall.The authors have estabilished a mathematical model for analysing the law of displacement distribution on the frozen soil wall face and finding the relationship between the displacement during cease sinking and the factors affectig it,such as segment height, h, frozen state of working face, frozen soil wall′s average temperature, T and exposure time,t,and earth pressure, P.A new method, i.e sectionlized constant segment wall′s superposition has been put forward for calculating the displacement of frozen soil wall face during shaft sinking. Based the above, the optimized design programs for frozen soil wall construction when frozen soil wall design is determined by its displacement.
