磁选法回收硼泥中的铁精矿
Recovering Iron Concentrate from Boron Muds by Magnetic Separation
【摘要】 通过改变碳碱法制硼砂工艺条件,即将含铁硼精矿焙烧气氛由空气改为CO 和CO2 混合气,碳解气氛由石灰窑窑气改为纯CO2,可使硼泥中铁的磁选回收率由346 % 提高到762 % ~798 % 。硼泥排放量减少了255 % ~258 % 。
【Abstract】 By changing the technical conditions under which borax is produced by carbon alkali process, that is to say, changing the roasting atmosphere for iron bearing boron concentrate from air to the mixtur of CO and CO 2 and the carbon decomposing atmosphere from limekiln gas to pure CO 2, the iron recovery from boron mud can be increased from 34 6% to 76 2%~79 8% and the discharge of boron muds can be reduced by 25 5%~25 8%.
