【Abstract】 Now,there are many widespread problems in whole metallurgical industry, such as how to use non form refractory to repair local damage in industrial kiln and furnace, and the low sintering as well as the low strength of the whole casting materials and the beating materials. These problems can not be solved satisfactority by traditional methods, but self propagating high tempeature synthesis (SHS) is an efficient technological process.
