实验性甲低大鼠脑鞘磷脂与脑发育关系的研究

【摘要】 本研究应用薄层色谱扫描法测定了甲低大鼠脑鞘磷脂,并观察了脑细胞的超微结构变化。结果表明:甲低大鼠脑鞘磷脂明显升高,神经细胞发育异常。提示:在胞发育期,如甲状腺激素不足,使脑细胞磷脂分子和细胞结构异常,进而导致中枢神经系统损伤和发育障碍碍。

【Abstract】 This Study was that SM change in hypothyroidism rats was determined with thin layer chromatographyn and the ultrastructure of cranial nerve cell was observed with electromicroscope. The result showed the SM of the brain in hypothyroidism rats was highter than the control and to retardat development of nervous cell. These point out:the hypothyroidism during brain development bring about the change of phospholipid component and cell membrane structure and cause the damage of the central nervous system to retardal development.
